BuySell.lk is an online classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or inspect any of the items listed on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to register an account or post advertisements.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

BuySell.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

By posting an advertisement on BuySell.lk, you agree that your content will not:

• Violate any applicable local laws or regulations of Sri Lanka.
• Be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or contain false information.
• Involve the sale of illegal goods, weapons, regulated substances, or adult content.

BuySell.lk reserves the right to review, edit, or delete any advertisement that violates our guidelines without prior notice.

No Copyright Infringement: You are strictly prohibited from posting any content (including images, text, logos, or graphics) that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to use.

User Liability: You assume sole and absolute responsibility for all content you upload to BuySell.lk. If you post copyrighted material belonging to a third party, you will be held legally and financially liable for any copyright infringement claims.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuySell.lk, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, legal actions, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of intellectual property rights.

Take-Down Policy: If BuySell.lk receives a legitimate copyright infringement complaint regarding your listing, the content will be removed immediately, and your account may be permanently banned.

Basic listing services on BuySell.lk may be free, but we offer premium features (e.g., Top Ads, Bump Up ads) that require payment.

All fees paid for premium services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with prior notice on the Site.

BuySell.lk acts strictly as a venue for advertisements. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the items listed, nor the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.

You agree that BuySell.lk will not be held liable for any financial loss, scams, damages, or disputes arising from your interactions with other users on the platform.

We highly recommend that buyers and sellers meet in person in a safe, public location to complete transactions.

Never share sensitive financial information (like bank OTPs, credit card details) with other users.

The design, layout, logo, and software code of BuySell.lk are the exclusive property of BuySell.lk. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

BuySell.lk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
